Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Graphic Designer to head our Creative Department. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong design background, creative direction experience, and a passion for inspiring and mentoring a creative team. You will be the key driver in shaping the visual identity of both client and internal projects, leading design strategy, and ensuring creative excellence across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
➕ Lead and manage the creative design team, including junior designers, freelancers, and collaborators.

✅ 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior design role.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling.
✅ Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools such as Figma or Canva.
✅ Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
